1. Return & Refund Period

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. Requests beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Conditions

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase required.
• Customer returns (wrong model, etc.) bear shipping costs.

3. Non-returnable Items

• Customized or special-order machines.
• Used or damaged products.
• Orders over 30 days old.

4. Quality Issues & Warranty

Report within 7 days of receipt with photos or videos. Free replacement or repair within a 12-month warranty.
